NEWS FLASH, THEY’RE BACK.

Yes, the Foster Imposters return to TV June 8th so keep your eyes peeled.
Please understand that these are West Coast commercials so if you live east of the Mississippi then you’ll have to be content with going to you tube and checking them out there. Enter Foster Imposters in the search box and they should pop right up. I’ve played the Foster farms chicken Passenger for over 21 years.

Any of you are welcome to search you tube for them. Here are 2 examples to view.

This commercial shows the Chickens as we started, in the car, one of the best to date.

This commercial really illustrates how far the chickens have come, standing on their own and riding bikes.

If you’re saying to yourself as you read this, “The what?” let me explain?

In 1993 Foster Farms decided their commercials needed something different. So they contacted an amazing ad agency, Goodby, Silverstein and Partners.

This agency based in San Francisco is one of the top agencies in the industry.

The creative team at Goodby began to brainstorm on just what would be a good campaign for Foster Farms. This is how the Foster Farms Chicken Imposters were born. The two chickens, a driver and a passenger so named because they were to be cruising in a beat up old car were not embraced by the company right away.

Chickens in front of beat up Plymouth Belvedere 2, Terri is the little one.

Goodby, Silverstein and Partners began focus groups. Focus groups are consumers like you who are asked to come look at a few different commercials and vote. Over and over the chickens ended up as the number one commercial choice, time andr time again. Foster Farms couldn’t argue so they gave the green light for Goodby to proceed. Time to get the chickens created and to do this they contacted The Character Shop.

In this, part 1, here are a few photos of The Foster Farms chickens. Please post any questions you may have and I will answer them next week.

I know you are very busy attending the Disneyland 60th event. I also know that the only link to Disney and Foster Farms is yours truly. Bear with me as many have asked me to tell the story of foster farms. I hope you enjoy it.

Next week I’ll show you how this all works by breaking down the commercials  showing exactly what it takes to get them to air from start to finish.  But for now check out some of the photos below  of the chickens in action.

60thCastleProject
Version #2 – shows the attraction rides close up

PERKS FOR THOSE WHO PRE ORDER.
When you go to this link a video will explain this in detail.

• PIN SET, limited to those who pre-order, they will be of the 6 rides depicted in the castle piece. Drawings of how the pins look will be forthcoming.
• The opportunity to be a part of the castle final. The drawing is only a concept and often can shift and change once the sculpture is begun.

YOU GET TO BE A PART OF THIS PROCESS AND POSSIBLY BECOME INSTRMENTAL IN THE DESIGN AS IT PROGRESSES.
This means that those who pre purchase will be on a few live streaming calls with Terri to ask questions and make suggestions. Terri makes no promises that she will take suggestions, but consideration will be taken and you do get to see it all happen. The rest of the time, we are working on you being able to watch her working when streaming is not occurring.

We must point out that we need to have at least 100 pre sold in order to make this piece at all. Otherwise money will be refunded and no castle will be created.

Terri plans to put crystals on the roofs so it sparkles, so go get yours now, as she’s dying to create for you a piece you can be proud of.
