The Little Man of Disneyland returns and Halloween Time creeps in, plus thoughts on D23 Expo
D23 Expo has come and gone and Disneyland is now enjoying the last weeks of its busy summer season before jumping head first into its popular Halloween Time. Jack-o-lanterns and seasonal decorations are popping up along Main Street, U.SA. and the Haunted Mansion has now closed for its seasonal overlay as Disneyland gears up for the launch of Halloween Time in mid-September. Meanwhile, the park continues to roll out some more small 60th anniversary offerings, including a new enchanted window on Main Street and the return of The Little Man of Disneyland in Adventureland. Over in Frontierland, rumors are already circulating about when the recently-announced Star Wars Land project will get under way with some saying it could start as early as January.

The Haunted Mansion Show Episode 36: Creepy Conventions
With all the recent hustle and bustle at the many conventions these past couple of months (obviously including the D23 Exposition), this definitely caught the Ghost Host’s attention. Thanks to the reports sent from the Ghost Relations Dept. at Disneyland, he is more than happy to share all of them here on “The Haunted Mansion Show” for all mortal viewers! Sit back, relax, and rest in peace, because there is quite a lot of “noose” for a ghost to cover. This seems rather innocent; just another webshow on MiceChat.com. But there’s a twist: this webshow is HAUNTED! Based on the classic Disney Parks attraction, 999 Happy Haunts have been waiting for you to drop in to get scared out of your wits… or not.

Fab Knows: Fun in the Center of D23 EXPO 2015
Many people think that the D23 EXPO is sessions, pavilions and shopping. Well, yes, of course, but it’s a lot more. When chatting with someone who said she could not stand waiting in all of those lines, I told her very matter-of-factly that she could have taken less than ten steps on to the Show Floor, stopped, and been entertained for the entirety of the the Exposition.
