There is a neat exhibit called Osborne Electric which details the history of the event, from Jennings Osborne decorating his house all the way to its current run at Hollywood Studios.

It really is sad to see this be the last year of the lights. It has become a tradition for many people and their families. You also have to imagine the amount of turnstile clicks this event generates for the park. But, I suppose that Star Wars will generate quite a bit more revenue since it is going to be open all year round, and it happens to also be Star Wars.

It’s really sad to see the wonderful Osborn lights come to an end. It has become a tradition for many people and their families. While I imagine the lights generate a lot of turnstile clicks for the park, Star Wars is sure to be a smash hit for the resort.

Are you sad to see the lights go away forever? Would you like to see Disney find a new location for the Osborn spectacular? Disney Springs perhaps? Let us know in the comments below. Thanks for reading!
