Big changes are on the way to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Let’s take a look at many of the things that will be closing soon.
Welcome to the Studios!
Sid’s truck is missing.
With the announcement of many closings happening in April, it seems that Echo Lake is safe.
Gertie should live to see many more days.
Walls up near Path of the Jedi, most likely for a new meet and greet.
Some work being done on the pavement near the Jedi Training Academy.
While almost everything around it will be closing, Disney has said this past week that Muppet Vision 3D is safe!
Pizza Planet is closing for an extended period of time soon, but no word on if it will be rethemed.
Phineas and Ferb and Cars meet and greets are now closed and behind walls.
The walls go all the way down to the now closed Premier Theater.
The remnants of the now retired Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.
Lights! Motors! Action! closes on April 2nd.
You can expect the Streets of America to go around that time as well.
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids should be making its way out for Star Wars Land and Toy Story Land as well.
Lots of work was done inside the Watto’s Grotto building, but we think that will be closing come April as well.
Advertising the new Snow White Blu-Ray.
Bulldozers should hit the Backlot Tour facade soon as well.
Time for a new billboard…
Sorcerer Mickey has now moved over to where The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow was.
No more Good Dinosaur at One Man’s Dream.
Time to head over to Star Wars Launch bay.
Next month, Kylo Ren will be taking over here for Darth Vader.
Now that the movie is out, you can buy the official novelization at Launch Bay Cargo.
We may never be rid of stages in front of the Theater.
Walls still hiding a small portion of the Sunset Blvd quick service area.
Signage up for Club Disney.
Nothing like a Citizens of Hollywood parade to end our day!
