Disneyland Photo Update: Halloweentime At Disneyland
Halloween Time at Disneyland is especially magical this year. In three days, Cinderella’s mice transformed the park from the blue and silver of the Diamond Celebration into a palette of fall colors for Halloween time. Let’s kick this update off with the tram ride to Downtown Disney. This is your first glimpse at Halloween and your first sign that things are changing at the Resort.

Small Blaze Prompts Evacuation of Frontier Tower at the Disneyland Hotel
A small fire in the basement of the Frontier Tower prompted the evacuation of the 1st 3 floors, early Saturday morning, due to heavy smoke. More details here.

House of Blues building to be torn down
With the House of Blues moving to Anaheim Garden Walk, Disney is planning on tearing down the House of Blues building building in Downtown Disney, and possibly building a Bowling alley, in it’s place. Is this a downgrade for Downtown Disney? Tell us what you think!

World of Color: Winter Dreams Possibly Being Replaced by a Whole New Show
SoCal ThemeParks has been watching the Mattercam feed, and it looks that the winter show at Disney California Adventure may be quite different from years past.
Electrical Parade beginning on Valentine’s Day next year?
Opinions seem to differ on the when the parade will return to light up Disneyland’s Main Street.

Fab News: At Disneyland, Orange is the New Blue
Well, it happened. After an amazing year and a half, the Diamond Celebration at Disneyland has departed. I’ll really miss those projected orange groves at the beginning of Disneyland Forever and all those sparkly diamonds. A girl can dream. But there’s something I love almost as much that will replace it all . . . HALLOWEEN! I’m getting giggly. I’d better get on with this column before I start filling you in on all my wonderful costume ideas, but that’s an article for another time.
