With the shrouds and scaffolding coming down around the Guardians Of The Galaxy: Mission Breakout ride, we’re getting a look at more of the detail going into the construction.
Here’s our latest glimpse at the re-imagined Tower Of Terror.
Seeing the details now, I’m starting to kinda like it. At least up close and not when viewing from Buena Vista Street or elsewhere in the park. Anyone else warming up to it?
|Avengers Show Stage
The Avengers Training Initiative show starts in May with the “Season Of Heroes” promotion. A new stage has popped up in Hollywood Land, we wonder if it is for the Training Initiative or for the dance party (or perhaps both).
In the show, Black Widow and Hawkeye assemble young recruits for a series of tests to see if they have what it takes to join the ranks of the Avengers. Kind of a Marvel (and Disney California Adventure) version of the Jedi Training Academy in Tomorrowland.
Cast Members are calling this a Hidden Mickey. It’s on the construction crane in front of the Guardians Of The Galaxy: Mission Breakout. Supposedly, on the other side of the ball, eyes have been painted on. We’ll hopefully catch a shot of that soon. Somehow I don’t think this is the work of Imagineering.
