Hello, and welcome to Dateline Universal Orlando! This week we’re taking a look at Islands of Adventure. Harry Potter, Spiderman, Kong, Jurassic Park, the Hulk, the Toon Lagoon water rides and Seuss Landing make this one of the most well rounded parks in Orlando, and with one of the best lineups of any park in the world.  Let’s see what’s going on . . .

Welcome to the park!
Universal is doing AP upgrades for those who want to add Volcano Bay to their AP.

Grad bash is still happening.
Hulk, you know, smashing.

Prime real estate at this once used theater.

Popeye recently reopened after a refurbishment.

Has anyone purchased this Kong shirt? Seems like a stretch even for theme park merchandise.

A people dryer has been placed near the Jurassic Park River Adventure.
More Grad Bash things.
Lots of foliage hiding the Raptor from view of those who did not wait in line.

We rode Forbidden Journey this trip after its recent refurbishment. Many effects were working that have not been for some time, and the projections seemed much clearer!

Big rumors swirling around that Universal is eyeing the space where Dragon Challenge is for an expansion to the Wizarding World. Would you be sad to see it go?

Not much going on in the Lost Continent these days.

This is the Grad Bash cut through area between IOA and the Studios park.

Time to head out!

That does it for this week! How do you think the park looks? Ready for some changes here? Let us know in the comments below. Thanks for reading!
