Just a little over two years ago I introduced you to an amazing man…the most interesting Disneyland fan in the world. Let’s revisit this extraordinary individual and remind ourselves what it is that makes him so…interesting.
He always picks the shortest line.
Cast members ask him for directions.
If he were ever wrong about a Disneyland fact, Disney nerds wouldn’t correct him. Of course, he is never wrong.
He is his own immersive experience.
When he gets off Grizzly River Run, he is never wet.
He once made Eeyore smile.
He never judges a new attraction until he has actually ridden it.
In the séance room, he talks with Walt Disney.
Mickey wears ears with his name embroidered on them.
His mint juleps contain alcohol.
When he rides an attraction and “something goes horribly wrong”, it still seems right.
He has no idea what “blackout dates” are.
Every year he would win the Gumball Rally, if he’d only bother to turn in his score sheet.
He knows, exactly, the directions to the nearest restroom.
When he comes to the end of Autopia, a valet parks his car for him.
VIP tour guides go on tours of him.
When it comes to which is better, Disneyland or Disney World, he can argue either side of the argument…and always win.
He knows of a door on Main Street where you can still enter the Wizard of Bras.
Whenever he rides the Jungle Cruise, every single joke is actually funny.
He knows all the dance moves from Captain EO, but is smart enough to never use them.
When he visits, Disneyland literally becomes happier.
He is…the most interesting Disneyland fan in the world.
“I don’t always go to theme parks. But when I do, I prefer Disneyland. Stay happy my friends.”
