Hey Everybody, welcome to episode 50 of the Unofficial Universal Orlando Podcast!  On this Episode, Darren and Eric go to Universal for the opening night of Mardi Gras 2013 at Universal Studios Orlando.

Listen in as Eric interviews Lora Wallace, Show Director and Steven Jayson, VP & Corporate Chef at Universal.  You will remember Lora from our HHN interviews and you will know Steven as the man who brought Butterbeer out of the pages of Harry Potter and into the real world!  He is also responsible for virtually every food item you can purchase at the parks.

You will also hear a review of the event by Darren, including the parade, floats and the Lifehouse concert.  You do not want to miss this jam-packed episode!

You can get your tickets to Mardi Gras 2013 by clicking the link below!  You will also find the full concert schedule there as well.
