Pantera Entertainment has released more screenshots and more animation models for their upcoming Theme Park Studio release, including a special teaser image of a brand new flat ride. We offered a first look of the new game back in January (Theme Park Studios, a First Look) and there was a lot of excitement generated from Roller Coaster Tycoon fans. With the new screenshots, Theme Park Studios looks like it’s going to fill several voids in the coaster simulation market.

Animation Module

Theme Park Studio is going to include an Animation Module that will allow completely custom rides. Although, if you don’t want to invest the time, you can use pre-built rides and configurations.

Please note that this is one of the “advanced features” of the game, and you can always build your park using pre-built flat rides. That being said, we think this is something completely revolutionary and has never been done in any theme park simulation game before. The ability to create a ride using basic shapes or custom meshes, then give it animation using a built in keyframer and physics, is unique to Theme Park Studio. This will allow the members of our community to create an unlimited variety of new rides!

Pre-Built Rides

A Huss Top Spin – Brand new, never before released screen shots of a new flat ride! The detail looks absolutely amazing.

    Great update George

This games looks great, but RCT3 will still have a place in my heart. It was only on Saturady that I was working on the theming of the park. At the moment, the park in 41 years old in game years. Close to 50th Annviversary. I might need a large attraction to celebrate this milestone. Any ideas?

Thanks Again George, I look forward for more updates

I simply cannot wait to play this game. Thanks for the update!!

    It’s certainly looking very promising.

I am looking forward to using this new game. I just hope they can do the stuff that RCT3 is famous for NOT being able to do. Peeps walking through scenery and each other is one of my pet peeves. Not able to have track switching. Peeps not able to cross over streetcar tracks on Main Street. I mean really. Ever been to Disneyland when there were not more people walking in the street than on the sidewalk? Except early morning or late night?

I cannot wait for this game! RCT3 was fun to play, but I (along with everyone else who played) felt it needed more. By the way the teaser image has to me a Mondial Top Scan.
