Summertime is here and bringing news of rising attendance numbers with it. 2012 theme park attendance figures have been released, and they are pretty significant for Disney California Adventure. Plus, ticket prices for the Disney theme parks in the U.S. have gone up once again and are flirting with the $100 dollar mark. Timber Mountain Log Ride has been opened at Knott’s and a slew of other new attractions have opened for the summer 2013 across the country.  All this, along with a new Al update, await you in this week’s round-up!

Ticket prices going up June 2nd
It’s that unfortunate time of year for Disneyland Guests. Yes, ticket prices have increased once again. The only consolation is that Annual Passholder tickets didn’t increase as much as they did last year. Get a good grip on your wallets and purses, and then look here to see how much those Disneyland trips will now set you back.

Disneyland should include a little Annette Funicello in the park
johnlawwhiskey notes there is no tribute to Annette Funicello anywhere in Disneyland – not even a photograph in the Opera House exit area.

This week saw the annual price increase, with some interesting (though not necessarily good) connotations about the Magic Kingdom costing more than the other parks, questions about leaving feedback for CMs in the World, a loaded gun left on Dinosaur, and 2 adults seeking advice in Walt Disney World. A lot to talk about this week so take a look in the Walt Disney World forum this week! ~yoyoflamingo

WDW trip for 2 adults – any advice?
iceicebergha is traveling to Walt Disney World with boyfriend in tow. Are there any recommendations about this trip to make things as enjoyable and cost effective as possible? Post some comments and suggestions here.

Where/how to leave feedback?
An interesting question: How can one leave feedback for a CM once he or she has already returned home? Take a peek in this thread to see how.

Loaded Gun on DAK Ride
Easy hunting comments aside, the loaded gun found on Dinosaur brings up many questions and issues about the gun policy in Walt Disney World. What is the policy and is it enforced/advertised enough in the parks? Share your thoughts here.

Ticket price increase tomorrow 6/2!
In a move that shocked very few people, Disney increased their ticket prices. What did surprise some people, however, is that the Magic Kingdom now costs $5 more for a one day pass than Disney’s other 3 Florida parks. Have we hit the breaking point yet? Does Walt Disney World even offer enough lately for the value? Share your thoughts in this topic that seems to always offer some heated debate.
