We have a mini Busch Gardens update for you today with a little treat from Howl-O-Scream. Let’s strap our columnist into he “Scream Cam” and see what happens!

Howl-O-Scream “Scream Cam”

My fellow MiceChat colleague (and good friend), Summer, braved the infamous Scream Cam for a preview of one of the brand new houses for Howl-O-Scream this year, Death Water Bayou. I did the Scream Cam last year and it was terrifying, so I found a willing victim to take over this important responsibility for me this year. Thank you Summer!!!

Deep in the bayou the #6 Voodoo Queen mystically transforms lost wanderers into her minions of evil with black magic. Here, her night servants roam with a zombie-like hunger and seek to grow her collection. The darkest evils lurk in shadows. Get out before you fall victim to her spell.

So how did Summer do? Did she manage to escape the Vooodoo Queen? Watch the video below and find out!

New Game

A new ladder climbing game recently opened in the Gwazi Plaza area, across from the basketball toss game. It looks to be a popular addition as several guests were trying their luck when we visited.

New Playground at International Plaza

A new Busch Gardens themed playground opened recently at International Plaza in Tampa (near the Tampa airport). The play area features cheerful animals and a train engine for youngsters to climb on, a 14 foot tall Cheetah Hunt tower, and a video screen showing clips of the park’s attractions and animal exhibits.
