Great reports! Louisville is a cool town, and you really don’t need an excuse to visit – the Bourbon trail, Kentucky Derby, etc. And if your love of food leads you to want to jump into the restaurant business, there’s a pretty amazing one available to take over: http://www.lynnsparadisecafe.com/. 🙂

The restaurant business is a very hard business. I hope Lynn’s Paradise Cafe finds a buyer, but it won’t be me.

Have you dined at Seviche, A Latin Restaurant, mentioned in the Culinary Demo article? Anthony Lamas made a great impression.

I have not had the opportunity to dine at Seviche, but now that I’ve seen the pictures from your report, it is on my list for the next visit to Louisville – I don’t actually live there, but it’s only about 3 hours away, and that definitely looks like a good reason for a trip. 🙂

This was my first Food and Wine Festival and I had a blast. Just regret not having enough time to sample all items.

In regards to them serving the Vegetarian Haggis this is because Haggis is banned in the United States. Real shame.

The last day for the 2013 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is actually on Monday – November 11.

I fixed the day in my introduction at the top of this MiceChat page. Thank you!
