There are lots of little pavement projects happening on Main Street.

Glow with the Show hats have arrived, and I still don’t understand the point of paying $25 for something you can’t see yourself while watching the nighttime entertainment.

The area near the Dole Whip stand that was just refurbished is a really nice place to sit and relax amongst the hustle and bustle of the park.

Tortuga Tavern was actually open for a few hours when I was there, which was a nice surprise.

This week’s Limited Time Magic celebrated Halloween at the Diamond Horseshoe, with musical performances as well as some comedy.

I feel like this was one of the best Limited Time Magic events yet. It really got a great reaction from guests, and I think is complete validation that the Diamond Horseshoe can be a place that is open year round for guests. They can easily do a holiday show in there, and then something else for the regular times of year. Having it closed is, in my opinion, a waste.

Peter Pan and Village Haus still have walls up.

The Friar’s Nook was actually open, and Teriyaki Chicken was an option. Pretty cool.

At the Mine Train, we are seeing less and less yellow wire, and more of an accurate representation of what the finished product will look like. If you look closely, you can also see the beginnings of the cottages that will be out front.

This building, which I thought would have been a small merchandise stand, has turned out to be DVC. Sad, really, seeing as they have a ton of these already in the parks.
