We breeze through SeaWorld Orlando this week for a splash of news from around the park.  The Happy Harbor area is behind walls for construction.  Meanwhile, Antarctica: Empire opt the penguin, is going vertical.  Finally, we see a new parade in the park, but this one wasn’t planned by entertainment.

FLAMINGOS ON PARADE
What do you call a grouping of Flamingos?  A Flamboyance! And when you see them being escorted through the park, it’s like a parade! A feathery flamboyance of fancy Flamingos. Fabulous!

Just out for a stroll around the park!

SHAMU’S HAPPY HARBOR
Shamu’s Happy Harbor is currently behind construction walls as more rising floors are installed in the Shamu stadium.

ANTARCTICA
While there’s not much to show you just yet, the construction for the big expansion of SeaWorld Orlando, Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, has gone vertical. And as anyone who has followed our construction updates from other parks can tell you, this is the point at which things start to get interesting!

That’s SeaWorld for this week. If you’ve got tips and photos to share from this or any of the Orlando area parks, please let us know. We’d love to hear from you!
