DCA Attendance Update – From today’s MiceAge Editors Note:
After DCA broke attendance records twice over the weekend with 45,000+ visitors per day, they broke the records again on Tuesday with 53,000 visitors at DCA. The suits are smiling as Disneyland held its own with 47,000 visitors on Tuesday. And yes, DCA is now getting more visitors per day than Disneyland. Thrilling the Anaheim team even more is the fact that DCA felt busy with a once unthinkable 53K, but that the overall park vibe was upbeat and had manageable wait times outside of Cars Land. | The Pixar Cars Toon short Time Travel Mater is now on sale online for 1.99 at Amazon.com and iTunes. It tells the story of how Cars Land’s town of Radiator Springs came to be. – Al Lutz

Goofy shows us How to Conduct a Water Concert, a brand new Walt and Mickey statue has become an instant icon for the new DCA, Buena Vista Street and the formerly quiet town of Radiator Springs have been welcoming record crowds to DCA. Even the Disney Villains have come out to celebrate the new DCA! ~ Aladdin

The holy trinity of a great Disney World vacation is the perfect combination of mild weather, low crowds, and discounts. It can be difficult to get all three: Let’s face it, Orlando is really hot at least five months out of the year, so you’re fighting a pretty big battle with the weather as it is. But you can get close. Here’s how you can determine the best time to visit Walt Disney World.

Al Lutz – Carsland Guide
Whats worth the wait in this new land, what to avoid for now and whats to come!
It’s just after Thanksgiving of 2010, and I’m sitting in my car in front of Wal-Mart. It’s 6:54 in the morning, and I have to be at work at 7:15. The first thing that comes to mind is probably: “After Thanksgiving? It must be Black Friday!” But in fact, Black Friday was almost a week before. Those great deals have long passed. So why exactly am I staking out my local Wally Mart, risking being late for work, waiting for it to open its doors? Because on that day, November 30th, 2010, Epic Mickey would finally be released.
