MiceChat Podcast

The Disney dudes return to Disneyland to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Haunted Mansion and ponder the upcoming enhancements to the Fantasyland dark rides. As Disneyland prepares to celebrate its 60th anniversary, there’s lots for us to talk and speculate about. So, join Doug, David and Dusty as we take you for a walk in the park. It’s an amazing audio adventure. Then, we’ll transport you to Scare LA, where Disney Legends Bob Gurr and Alice Davis have a few things to say about the amazing Haunted Mansion.  Be sure to stick through for the very end of the show for a special surprise!

THANK YOU, DUSTY SAGE!!!!! Oh man, I am sitting here at work, listening to this podcast, and my heart is aching to go to Disneyland!! This totally helps me feel like I’m there, even if it is only in spirit. I love all your podcasts, but this one in particular is stupendous!! Thanks, again!

    • Thank you SO much for your kind comment. Shows such as this one are a lot more difficult to arrange and take a very long time to record and edit. So, I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed it. Doug Barnes had to jump through hoops to equalize all the sound, fix audio problems, deal with some lost audio files (we had a really neat segment which was lost in the twilight zone), and edit hours worth of content down into 90 minutes. 😉

Cheers and you’ve been entered in the super secret opportunity drawing (for those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about . . . LISTEN TO THE PODCAST!).

    • Thank you so much for the kind words. We love the in-park shows and hope to produce many more for you in the future. And yes, unfortunately we lost some audio, but I’ve learned another valuable lesson after 7+ years of doing this, lol. Thanks again!

Casey Jr saying “all aboard, let’s go” is one of my favorite ride openings. However, Parisians may disagree that it and Storybookland are exclusive to Anaheim.
