S.S. rustworthy… what an odd name for a boat. “Paradise Pier’s fire boat, the S.S. Trustworthy, ran aground awhile back and has since been rechristened the S.S. rustworthy and transformed into a hands-on playzone. Here firefighters of all ages can do all the bell-ringing, lever-pulling and wheel-turning they want—and even activate the water cannons!” That’s the official explanation of why the boat is here, how it got its name, and why there are kids playing on its decks.
