The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, Penny Arcade and Candy Palace are all back with refreshed looks and layout adjustments that will help alleviate crowd-flow issues these shops often experience during the busy summer and holiday seasons. At the end of Main Street, the Carnation Plaza Gardens is now closed to begin its transition into the controversial

Well the weather is finally heating up and it finally feels like summer is coming. And, of course, gas prices are going up and sucking the life out of our travel budget. I have a feeling that MickeyMaxx and I will be staying pretty close to home this summer. Luckily for us, close to home means we'll have to "settle" for Cars Land, Transformers, Manta, and so many other

I've talked about my love of souvenir guides before and I constantly find myself pulling those books off my shelves and taking a trip back to vintage Walt Disney World. 1970s and 1980s Walt Disney World was a vastly different vacation than you can have today. It's not only fun to see the strange fashions, but also to see the attractions and areas that are gone.

Tickets are one of the most expensive parts of a Disney vacation, often costing more than the room itself, but you can cut costs by not purchasing ticket “add ons” such as park hoppers and water park options.
