A balancing act.

They say that you never forget how to ride a bike. That may be true. However, what they don't tell you is that once you get older you don't balance so well. That's especially true when you ride over rocks on a country road.
That's what my neighbor did on Monday when she fell off that bike and dislocated her elbow. She hit a rock in the road, lost her balance, and went flying. Accidents happen. I call my neighbor Murphy already, and this just proves that I have cause to do so.
Her injury is not anywhere near as bad as it could be. Tomorrow I told her we could go to the grocery store together. She can point, and I will grab the groceries off the shelves in the store. Her doctor said no pulling, pushing, or lifting. That's easier said than done.
