A Never Ending Story.

I fired my 1st contractor, and I never wanted to see the guy, or hear his name again. However, since my 2nd contractor has had business dealings with the 1st guy, it seems the man is still haunting me.

We have been trying to get in touch with the original electrician. I liked him a lot, and I really trusted that he would come back in and finish the job with the least amount of aggravation. In the last week, I found out that he doesn't trust my 2nd contractor to pay him, since my 1st contractor still owes him money.

Now it seems that I have to sign a contract directly with the electrician if i want the job done. I am not against doing this, but what do I know about dollar amounts? I had a payment schedule set up with my 2nd contractor, and now all of that has to be changed again.

It is a never ending story. Each step during this entire project has had a glitch. Absolutely nothing has gone right. Why did I think this would be any different? Will it ever end, and why did I ever start this whole thing in the first place?
