I'm so crazy tonight! /sarcasm

I cracked a bottle of Cabernet and I have made 4 dozen or so cookies. Basic chocolate chip and then milk and white chocolate. Pecan wedding cookies are next. Recipe calls for hazelnuts, but I am fresh out so improvisation is the key! I might even make some Oatmeal Raisin or Snickerdoodle cookies next. All depends on how I'm feeling.

The video games are pulling me ... quite a bit. Im trying to do something different, and cookies are kind of different, but not really. As a pastry chef I should be busting out some badass cookies, but I'm just too lazy to go extreme tonight.

Maybe I'll make some lavender tuiles tomorrow morning. Those are always good right out of the oven. Mmmmm....

Now just to find my silpat... oh carp.
