WELCOME TO THE
SUMMER OF HIDDEN MYSTERIES!
Indy fever has hit the globe - and Disneyland hasn't been left out! The Indiana Jones Summer of Hidden Mysteries began yesterday and features Indy-inspired events and activities throughout Adventureland. Disney recently released some publicity shots of the events.
The "Secret of the Stone Tiger" show takes place in "The Oasis" (formerly Aladdin's Oasis). The official press release describes the show as:Indiana Jones and the Secret of the Stone TigerIn this intimate storytelling adventure presented multiple times each day at The Oasis, young Disneyland Park guests will uncover clues, decipher codes and embark on an archeological journey that culminates in an appearance by Indy himself!
You can also spot Indy running through the streets, on the rooftops, and across the bridges of Adventureland in Random Acts of Indy:Random Acts of IndyIn the crowded streets of exotic Adventureland, guests never know when Indiana Jones might make an appearance. It could be in their midst, perhaps it will be high overhead, or even right next to them as Indy dashes by. But look fast, because Indy’s never in one place for long, especially when he’s being pursued by sinister villains!
Next to The Oasis a new photo location has been set up.New Indy Photo LocationGuests can boast to their friends back home that they outran a giant rolling boulder just like Indy himself - and then they can prove it with photographic evidence.
Adventurers can search for clues that are scattered throughout Adventureland with the help of their Indiana Jones Adventure Map as well as see signs of Indy in the classic Jungle Cruise.Indiana Jones Adventure MapDisneyland Park guests will explore just like Indy does when they pick up a collectible map filled with mysterious clues. Artifacts and symbols are hidden throughout Adventureland and once they are revealed guests will find a special code, which they can take home to claim exclusive Indiana Jones digital content courtesy of Lucasfilm Ltd. It's all at www.disneyland.com/indy.
