    Work on major construction projects presses on at the Disneyland Resort this week despite a forecast of wet winter weather. In Tomrrowland, Captain EO is moving in as signage for "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience" comes down, and fountain testing continues at California Adventure's new nighttime World of Color water show.     Welcome to 2010! The new year is off to a quick start at the Disneyland Resort as new projects such as the return of Captain EO get underway and on-going construction projects throughout the Resort continue at full speed.     Last week was the final run for Disney's 2009 Halloween Time promotion, but for park guests, it was a collision of two holidays throughout the park, not unlike Haunted Mansion Holiday's premise.
