Despite spring break crowds, construction crews are working overtime at the Disneyland Resort theme parks. A new keelboat has been docked near the Settler's Cabin in the Rivers of America serving as new riverside scenery and as a nod to the river's past. Over at California Adventure, as crews work to finish the new Paradise Park area, the first section of steel framework has gone up in Cars Land. Spring break crowds have hit the Disneyland Resort and just in time Disney has opened up 2,500 new parking spots in the new Toy Story Parking Lot but just hope you don't get stuck parking in the off-site lot. Never mind this weekend's rainy weather — it's spring in Southern California and the flowers are in bloom at the Disneyland Resort! As spring color brightens up the parks, walkways are still littered with construction walls at both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. Tarps are back up at the waterways surrounding the Bridge to Frontierland as they get some thematic TLC after a recent remodel left them looking like a backyard swimming pool.
