As Disneyland opened its doors to its new Rapunzel meet-and-green to promote the upcoming Tangled animated film, California Adventure introduced Duffy the Disney Bear to park guests, a shameless (albeit undeniably cute) merchandise character. But while both parks saw lines for new character photo ops, Disneyland started to get more holiday lights strung up in trees and bushes around the Castle and DCA closed an opening-day attraction to get re-themed while the rest of the park continues to be remodeled
