    Last week was the final run for Disney's 2009 Halloween Time promotion, but for park guests, it was a collision of two holidays throughout the park, not unlike Haunted Mansion Holiday's premise.     MiceChatters waited with anticipation throughout the week for the first signs of water in Paradise Bay after months of construction on the new World of Color show. After numerous delay rumors and filming of a promotional spot, water finally started refilling the Paradise Pier lagoon Thursday afternoon.     The first week of George Kalogridis' new job as Disneyland Resort President is over and so far early reports from Cast Members and park fans seem promising.
