Welcome once again to Dateline Disneyland! As the spring off-season presses on, more construction walls continue to pop up and refurbishments and construction projects continue - now, if only Space Mountain were on the refurbishment schedule this spring.

Anyway, join me on a quick trip around the parks as we look at work going on at the Plaza Pavilion, Toy Story Mania!, and Innoventions.

Spring is in full-bloom already around Disneyland. The hub is bright and full of spring time color.


The landscaping at Disneyland during this time is amazing.

WELCOME TO DISNEYLAND!
The display windows at the World of Disney store have ditched their Year of a Million Dreams-themed designs and now sport a really cool new "hand drawn" theme.

In each window, an larger-than-life Mickey hand is drawing things on his animation table, and it is magically becoming 3D as he draws. This window shows Mickey drawing Disneyland's own Sleeping Beauty Castle.

The entra plaza security tents have gotten new Year of a Million Dreams decorations.


Over 15 months into the promotion, and Disney is still rolling out new decorations. Wouldn't it have been more effective to have the campaign planned out accordingly and have everything rolled out around the same time?
