The big debut of 'World of Color' has come and gone and the Disneyland Resort is now in full summer mode. Disneyland has everything open and ready for the summer crowds, and construction continues in California Adventure as the park sees some of its biggest crowds ever thanks to its fancy new water and light show. Meanwhile, in Downtown Disney, the newly expanded and remodeled permanent location of Ridemakerz has opened.

It's finally here! World of Color is now playing three times nightly (except on Grad Nites) to full crowds and has finally put Disney California Adventure on the map. As World of Color gets closer to lighting up Paradise Bay this summer, the new Silly Symphony Swings are already doing their part to brighten the pier with newly installed decorative popcorn lighting. The Swings aren't open yet, but as they move closer to re-opening with Mickey Mouse instead of a giant orange peel, other projects around Disney's California Adventure continue to progress.
