  1. The novel...

I was trying to think of these witty blog titles about my novel for Nano this year but I'm stuck.

This year my novel, which was inspired by a fact in the Espresso lounge (the love and relationships factoid thread), was supposed to be this cute little chick-lit novel that would be fun and easy to write. I thought I'd gloss over certain aspects because chick lit doesn't really deal with those. It deals with fun and "I just ate a million calorie waffle and I should feel bad but I ...

I'm leaving here in about an hour, hitting the road (going to make one quick errand to a friend's house that's quasi-on the way) and then I'm leading up. We're breaking the trip into 4 days because I've never driven more than a few hours at a time (from like Agoura to San Luis Obispo-sp?).

I have 3 books on tape/cd ("Wolves in Chic Clothing," "Can you Keep a Secret?" and "People worth knowing") to keep me entertained (hopefully). My little Elantra is ...
