So I don't know if I want to amend or just post another blog, but excitement is making me be very posty. I got a thick envelope from Skagit Valley College. "Congratulations! You have been selected for the Fall 2010 Part-time Practical nursing program..." Yay! I am both nervous (regarding the cost and first year of nursing school is hard) and excited. I can't believe I'm going to become a nurse. Like it sounds weird but this journey started off as a way to get my mother off my back. One
I am currently waiting to find out if I got into the Practical nursing program at my school. I've been on this waiting list for a year and like 8 months, and in the middle of that they changed the requirements (apparently when I signed on the waiting list you didn't need all your pre-reqs. Now you do. But we were grandfathered in). I don't know, hopefully. Hopefully we'll find out soon. I'm getting nervous sitting at the mailbox like "come on..."
No, my attic still isn't finished. The plumber has been long gone, and when he left he said the city building inspector needed to inspect what he just finished. However, I remember the contractor telling me that the inspector was only coming once, and he wouldn't come until after the electrician was back.
Tomorrow the electrician is finally due back.

But on to the main point of my post. I have the most wonderful kids in the world!
