It's been a slow Disney news week after Disney's big D23 Expo blew through town. But that hasn't stopped the constant buzz of activity at the Disneyland Resort. Work continues over at Disney's California Adventure as crews work tirelessly on the park's $1 billion remodel and expansion. New equipment towers have been installed in Paradise Bay for the upcoming World of Color water-and-fire show, and digging and prep work on the space for Cars Land and the upcoming Little Mermaid dark ride is progressing. ...

First up this week I want to thank all of the Weekend Update readers who stopped by the MiceChat booth at the D23 Expo. We had a lot of fun meeting all of the nice MiceChatters.
