Welcome to the July 20th edition of Dateline Disneyland! Today we'll catch up with Disneyland's small 54th Anniversary festivities, and take an in-depth look at the newly updated Walt Disney Imagineering Blue Sky Cellar over at California Adventure, which is now showcasing concept art and models for the upcoming Disney's World of Color show. Of course, we'll also check in with the continuing World of Color construction in Paradise Bay, and get a look at the beginning phase of the Orange Stinger

As you read this (and with any kind of luck), MickeyMaxx and I will be chugging our way back to Miami on the Carnival cruise ship Valor. Thanks to the Weekend Update crew, I was able to put this week's Update into the can early so Dustysage could post it for you today.
First up this week, Fishbulb shares photos of his trip to Hearst Castle. I haven't been to this California
Well another piece of Disneyland History disappeared this week, with the long standing Timon Parking Toll Booths being sent to Yesterland, plus lots of photos from Universal Studios, the Orange County Fair and yes, even the Disneyland Resort. Quick Timon Parking Lot Update
The photo above shows the little bit of rubble that used to be the Timon Parking Toll Booths. Nothing much has changed

Somehow in the last 24 hours the skin around my eyes have developed giant blue-purple bags with the thin skin, wrinkled lightly making almost devits (sp?) on my cheek bones. I have the distinct look of some nocturnal creature, very fitting I suppose, that hunts game or prey in the wee hours of the night. It would be striking to see, especially given my fair complexion, but it being that this half-nocturnal predator/half human is me... It's not. I almost look like a vampire from "Twilight"
My last entry was way back in November. Yes, months ago!
Not much has happened between then and now. There are only two major things worth mentioning that have happened, but that's about it.
The first; my high school sweetheart/first 'real love' dumped me on New Years Day of this year. We would have hit the 5 year mark in March, but we'd been growing apart for the last 6 months of the relationship. I couldn't bring myself to end it, and for a while neither could he.
