  1. Bad News and Good news, bad news first...

    by , 12-11-2008 at 09:35 AM
Bad news is that I won't be getting my degree this spring because I guess I need 6 more credited hours (Classes) than I first thought. This is Kentucky, state of omission. So even though I was optimistic about the possibility of getting my degree, I did not want to get too ahead of myself knowing that it's commonplace for facts to be omitted until the very end.

Good news is that I got an A in math.

Good thing I did not make a big ordeal to a lot of people about getting ...
  2. Another MRI....

    by , 12-10-2008 at 05:02 PM
I get to experience another MRI tomorrow. I am so not looking forward to it. Thankfully this time I have more than a few hours to prepare for it and the doctor has given me Xanax to take before.

    Be. Here. Now.

It's one of my mantras, but I can't quite get myself there because of all the other things going on in my head. I have the opposite of ADD- what would that be called? It's not that I can't focus, it's that I'm hyper-focused on this paper that I'm writing. I've got ...
  5. Blue Monday

    by , 12-08-2008 at 03:09 PM
Ear aches are no fun. Who wants dizziness with pain? Not me! Guess those even ear germs had other plans in mind.

    Rat finks, I tell ya.

This weekend I attended a good friends engagement party. There was the standard "ooo-ing" over the ring (which is quite beautiful) and the hugging and kissing of those I hadn't seen in quite sometime. I seem to forget that my group of friends is quite large, we're all just a bit apart and doing our own things. I got to meet some ...
