I'm looking at changing professions, like going a complete 180'. I was a preschool teacher. Problem is universal preschol is coming. It's inevitable. Which translates to preschool teachers being required to get their BAs or more, with little to no change in pay or benefits but a whole lot of more paperwork and such. If I'm gonna' get a BA (which I am shy of by like 18 units) I'm going to get it in something useful. As a kid I wanted to teach. But now with all the new budget cuts...I'm at a crossroads.
Ever since Sunday night I've not felt right. My throat is scratchy, my body is all "off" and today I feel mucky in the tummy. It's either me fighting Brians flu bug, or me fighting bad allergies.
I just can't tell. And it's annoying.
I've always wanted to make a quilt... Just been something I've always wanted to do and in those 101 things to do you die lists, making a quilt is always one of those. Craftster.org had a challenge to make something that represents your town. I quilted.

Lots to get to today, so lets get going.... Splash Mountain Logs to be fixed, and the front seat restriction should be removed by early June.
Disney has figured out a way to retrofit the area in the front seat area of the Splash Mountain Logs, which recently had a 60" height requirement placed on the front seat only (as compared to the 40" requirement for any other seat in the log). Today I went to DL instead of school. I know, total dream right? But today went kind of suckishly. First off instead of going with just my friends my mom and sibs came too, not that I minded so much as was let down by most of my friends bailing on me at the last minute. Then we had difficulty getting there since my mom's key broke in the door to the house, and when we finally got there we had to trek all over to finally find our group.
