    Refurbishments and minor construction projects continue to pop up and make progress around Disneyland as the park gets ready for the start of the Halloween Time season Friday. The park-wide work and changes include the addition of safety-minded handrails throughout the Golden Horseshoe, to the detriment of the saloon's show quality.
