Giving up.

Here goes nothing: I won't be starting school this month after all. Chances are, I won't be starting in January either. I have a feeling it's time for me to put that one away and rejoin everybody else in reality. I'm giving up on this particular dream and I'm not going to waste even one more minute on it. It's time for me to grow up, find a suitable job, and just be an adult.

No giving up! I know plenty of people who work hard to juggle both work and school. You could try getting a job on the campus where you are attending school. There is always a way. Please don't give up this dream.

Michele's right, no giving up!! You CAN do this. This job you're looking into now, it's temporary. Take it for the meantime and continue to look. You will find something that works with your schedule.

And defintely look into on campus jobs, like Michele said. When I was in school I got a job on campus so I was able to drop Kyler off in the morning, take classes in the morning and then work afterwards.

You can do this...BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

So many of my co-workers are either part time staff or part time students. It might be tough at first to figure out the balance between home, work & school. You, of all people can do it!

Remember, only you can fight for your dreams and anything worth having is worth fighting for.

Never, ever, give up on your dreams

Even if you only take one class a semester you owe it to yourself to try. DO NOT GIVE UP. Only quitters give up and you are definitely not a quitter. We all know you can do it so trust us when we say you will succeed. Just start with baby steps before you start trying to run the marathon.

Pratt's right. Try one class a semester. No one says you have to do a BA/BS in 4 years. That's what hyperactive people do. But at the end of the day it won't matter how long it took you, just as long as you do it. Nola Ocho (I want to that's her name) got her degree at 95...proof if you put your mind to it you can do it. Plus: isn't being a grown up facing adversity and kicking it's tushy? You can do this!

KK is right. Being grownup is about dealing with adversity and overcoming it. Being a grownup means you can have it all because you are better equipped to take care of business.

Take one class. Tell your work that you are committed to taking a class 2 days a week. You do your job and I'm pretty sure that they will accommodate you. And if not, then that job is just a temporary stepping stone and you move on when it no longer fits your needs.

You are NOT giving up. You can do this. I have absolutely no doubt that if you put your mind to it, you'll not only do it, you'll beat it into submission and wonder how you ever thought you couldn't do it.

    Oh no you don't!!!

There will be NO giving up! Everyone is right. This has to only be temporary. And if you think we are going to let you give up on your dream, you are not thinking clearly. This WILL work out. It CAN work out! We all believe in you, it's time to believe in yourself!!
