T is for thankful

All in all, 2007 has been a good year for me. Family, friends work, school, health (for the most part) has all been really stable.
Even my dad, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma earlier this year, is doing incredibly well. He's really, really tired, but hasn't been sick or anything from the chemo and he managed to keep his hair. The tumor around his aorta had shrunk by 75% at the last checkup and what remained was full of holes. So there, cancer!
I like that my little ticker in my sig line is slowly moving across to my goal. Something huge is happening at my husband's job, which could result in a large windfall for us to start off 2008. We are planning a trip to England in June/July for a family reunion. It's good to have plans, you know?
I'm looking forward to the holidays, 2008 holds some special events like weddings and babies... Life may not be flashy, but it's pretty darn good. I'm especially thankful for my MiceChat family, too. I feel like I've got the right people around me and I'm really blessed.
