More construction walls go up in both Disneyland and California Adventure as construction continues on multiple projects from new stores in Disneyland to entirely rethemed lands at Disney’s California Adventure.

Outside of the park, Downtown Disney enters a dark phase with many retailers closing up shop for good.  Bad economic times have begun to take their toll on the resort.
