Small World was big news for the Disney company yesterday, with news outlets around the big world featuring Disney’s “Small” one.  Much of the attention is focused on the addition of Disney characters to the classic attraction, as well as the new lighter boats and deeper flume, supposedly built to accomidate heavier Americans. Meanwhile, on the other side of the resort, construction for the new World of Color lagoon show continues in the rain.  California Screamin’ has had a mousectomy and has lost its ears.  Downtown Disney is quickly becoming a ghost town much like many malls in America, with the closure of Department 56, Starbailias, Libby Lu, with more scheduled to close soon.
