Today’s In the Parks Disneyland and So Cal Theme Park blog is bitter sweet.  Sad to see a great restaurant like Yamabuki go but very sweet to see progress on the Construction at Disney’s California Adventure.  A giant Mickey Head now looms over the construction on Paradise Bay, the Grand Californian construction is nearly complete on the exterior, and work in the lagoon progresses week by week.  There is also news of new hotels, the MiceChat FREE Gumball Rally Practice (open to anyone), Food and Wine Festival, and Passholder Appreciation Days.
