Am I alone in worrying that what Cedar Fair puts back in won’t at all resemble the classic Knott’s peek-in shops that were there for nearly 70 years? After all, peek-ins don’t provide revenue, and may not be politically correct, even if they were historically correct. So I’m half expecting a “Hop Sing’s Orange Chicken Emporium” selling Panda Express in place of the Chinese laundry exhibit, etc.
