I'll tell you why I'm not hot on the statue. Having Mickey two-toned, and Walt monotoned throws the statue out of balance. Your eye is drawn to Mickey and away from Walt. I don't like it.

I'm all for playful. I'm looking forward to the "new" statue at DCA. But it looks as if they broke this one. They should have left it. If they wanted to snazz it up, they should have made the entire statue shiny.
