UPS Sucks!

Oh I'm so upset with UPS...
I ordered a few things a month ago, that all went fine. Found the package at my doorstep.
So I ordered more from the same place and I have been tracking it.
I check the track today and I see this...
FRESNO,
CA, US 06/16/2008 6:01 P.M. THE RECEIVER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO SIGN ON THE 1ST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. A 2ND DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE
WTF...
my entire family was home! We heard nothing, no knocks not even a UPS truck outside.
We think that they just looked at the gate on the other side of the house saw it locked then drove off. I didn't get a paper saying sorry we missed you.
We have two doors, this is a mobile home. Most know to go on the side with the car.
