It might surprise you to know that I actually like Disneyland, cheese, movies about aliens, corn, and tropical fish. But not necessarily in that order. And while I've always thought that shoe horns were handy, they are not among my favorite things.

More of Dusty's favorites soon.

Here's one more of my favorite things: Stacey Aswad from WDW TV. I love this hyperactive pixie. Stacey loves MiceChat too.

Well, I confess that I knew you loved Disneyland and tropical fish, but cheese, movies about aliens and corn took me by surprise!

As long as we are confessing, that post was a test of being able to insert video into the blogs. Someone posted about it in the forums and I needed to test out the instructions.

But those are some of my favorite things.

If I could have chosen one word to describe Micechat, it would have been WHAM. Stacey hit it spot-on.

Belated query; what kinds of cheese?

Answer carefully, your life may depend on it. Or at least your reputation...

I like artisan cheeses. Cheeses that go well with wine and have unique character. There has been a big surge in interest in wine in America. People are learning to appreciate the subtle character of the different varietals. The same is true for cheese. Goat, Cow, Buffalo, Sheep, age, how it it stored, what is added, pasteurized or unpasteurized, smelly, sweat, salty, savory . . . it is really a fascinating thing.

I really do encourage people to move beyond cheddar and cheese spread and actually explore the big beautiful world of artisan cheeses.

After all, what do us mice love more than cheese?
