The trip was early in the Summer.

The Summer Nightastic promotion was just beginning and I was totally oblivious to all the "murphy issues" and wanted to see the "improved Fantasmic" and the new fireworks show..

Mother and I took an impromtu trip to disneyland one afternoon/early evening..

It was around 6pm when we got there and we headed over to DCA to kill some time before the fireworks show..

After what seemed like almost a year of being away from MiceChat and the whole Disney community.. I've decided to make a come-back..

So.. it's not a triumphant return.. because I wasn't super active in the forums anyway.. and I never went to any meets.. or anything like that..

I'm just.. coming back..

Sweet.. simple.. and I hope to have more fun this second time around..

This weekend should be fun.. I just hope I don't get sicker than I already feel..

I get to see the boyfriend this weekend.. and you know.. the distance isn't getting so bad.. I just learned that another friend of mine just got into a relationship with someone that lives on the EAST COAST. We're in California.

It just wasn't worth fighting for.. I had to learn to let it go..

Why hold on to that when I've got something great right in front of me.. why hold on to the misery?

I just have to accept the loss and move on.. whatever..

Saturday will find me at Disneyland.

I'll be with my cousin and his family. His three kids are my unofficial kids. I love those kids.

So this should be fun.
