The anticipation is killing me! Well, not really (obviously) but dang! I am sooo ready go... and right now! If only I didn't have to work. Ok, I need to work but I wish I could have a bit longer vacation. Cause I love Disneyland! Whoopie!! *dance dance*
Today will hold the final preparations for the trip. I will be doing my packing tonight instead of tomorrow as I planned. I get to crash at my friends place tomorrow and leave my bags there. So much easier than lugging them along on the train in the morning and then the walk to work. I guess I'll just have to dye my hair tomorrow night instead! No big... at least it will be vibrant for the trip. :)
My friend who is driving is getting his new BMW fancy-schmancy car for the trip... he's doubly excited for this weekend. The BMW is not just a car but an amazing driving machine, at least that's what I hear. Pixie was able to check it out yesterday and she said that it is VERY comfortable. Which is good and bad. Good because it's always nice to have some cush for the tush but bad because I always seem to fall asleep in the car ride down. I really try to stay awake for as long as possible, but if it's at night... I'll be out by the time we hit I5. I blame it on my Mom, she used to take me for car rides to put me to sleep when I was younger. ;) So, needless to say it will be Pixie and JJ talking the whole way down and most likely poking some fun at the sleeping me.
I've been running through my head the things that I have seen and done at the park, and I came to the realization that I have done/ridden/watched everything Disneyland and DCA have to offer. WHOLY COWS I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Wow... it's a good feeling to know that I get to go to a place that is so familiar and exciting at the same time. No matter how many times I go the Magic is never lost and every day is just as new and exciting as the last. Must be something they pump in to the air....
