Wednesday. 6:11pm. I'm still at work. Why?

My car will not start. What a great way to start the weekend. Never had a problem with her before and now this? Low miles and treated great... so why this?

Mechanic down the street came over to take a look. It's the starter. So instead of sleeping in on Friday, I'll be making my way back down here to tow the car from my garage to theirs... half a block away. Yeah. Hopefully I will have the car by Saturday morning.

So far I've got My family and my friends and, of course, Disneyland. With all of these things Im still having a hard time with Monday... let alone the rest of the week.

I'm hoping that getting creative for the holidaze will help with this lag I've been experiencing. Life on dial up? I am guessing that I haven't been getting out enough and, therefore, am not feeling very social or happy.

Maybe I'll go see a movie tonight. That might cheer me up.

I had such a great weekend and met some really awesome people! My first MiceChat meet was nice... while I didn't really talk to everyone, I did get a big hug from Fishbulb as a welcome (THANK YOU!) and was able to talk with Ashee, DisneyIPresume and a couple others... (forgive me I am terrible with names). I am really looking forward to the next meet so I can hang out a bit longer and get to know everyone. Maybe next time I won't be so shy....

Tonight we leave for Disneyland... I won't get out of work until 5 but no worries. I will down an energy drink, grab my girls and some tunes and get ready for an awesome ride to SoCal! Always love the driving part; I think the next big trip down there will have to be via plane.

With Christmas coming up I am going to ask my parents not to buy me anything. What I really want is to have my family with me during the holidaze. Nothing more... Ok, maybe a better vid card and processor for...

:smart:I had the option of doing a paper or electronic vote. As I wanted to have something to remember this election by, I did paper... I know, I'm not being very green. It's all very exciting! Every vote counts and this presidential race is historic! Even if Obama doesn't win, he's made history by running. Though I have to say that I really hope he [Obama] does... or Nader. Anyone other than McPalin. LOL!
