Raccoon or owl?

Somehow in the last 24 hours the skin around my eyes have developed giant blue-purple bags with the thin skin, wrinkled lightly making almost devits (sp?) on my cheek bones. I have the distinct look of some nocturnal creature, very fitting I suppose, that hunts game or prey in the wee hours of the night. It would be striking to see, especially given my fair complexion, but it being that this half-nocturnal predator/half human is me... It's not. I almost look like a vampire from "Twilight" or a Joss Whedon series...I almost sound poetic....
