Had a BLAST yesterday with my proxy family!!

Pumpkin and gourd hunting at Lombardi Ranch (an October tradition!).
Dinner.
Fabulous non stop Tangertinis that were oh so Halloweenie.
Game night.
Lottery scratchers.
Mrs. Beasleys yummy cakes.
An awesome music playlist.
Lots and lots of laughs.

Things seem to be finally settling in my life after the crazy past month.

I find out today if I can take the walking cast off, and with any luck, I can :D

Cooler weather has arrived, which makes me oh so happy because it actually feels a bit like autumn.

I get to go hang with my proxy family Saturday, hunting pumpkins at a local ranch, then having dinner, playing games and drinking cocktails.

Brians last day is next week, which means I'll get...

After the craptacular month we've had, there's nothing I'm looking more forward to than spending this weekend at Gay Days with all of my extended family. That and meeting so many new faces I've grown to know over the years here, it's looking to be a great memory making couple days.

And I can't wait to see all the fun photos that will be posted next week :)
